Description

Handmade wool bumble bee decorations.

The perfect cute little unique gift for bumble bee and nature lovers! These are all individually handmade and so no two are never exactly the same – as is the beauty of handmade items. They are pure wool that has been needle felted and then threaded on a loop of jute twine. These look so sweet hanging in the home or even as alternative Christmas tree decorations. They are natural, biodegradable and made from sustainable wool from my own fibre sheep. A mix of many different breed wool has been used to create them from Shetland, Greyface Dartmoor, Soay and Icelandic cross sheep. The actual bumble bee bodies are made from wool from Magic the sheep.

The price is for 1 bumble bee as similar to those pictured as I can make it. Please note these are handmade to order so you should allow 1-2 weeks for your bee to be made though normally they will be made and posted within 2-5 days. They are presented in a simple card gift box – the perfect present for someone or yourself!

A lot of time, care and love go into all my items they are all individually made one at a time by just 1 pair of hands – from caring for and shearing the sheep, washing the wool and crafting an item to the packaging and posting – handmade in the truest sense of the word.

Any questions just send me a message.

Postage is with Royal Mail 2nd class and bees are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. All items are presented in a simple attractive recyclable gift box -the cost for this and packaging has been factored into any postage cost.

If you have any problems with your order please contact me and I will do my best to help.

We keep a well loved, high welfare flock of pet and rescue sheep on the Llyn Peninsular in North Wales. Our sheep are a part of the family and each is known by name. All our wool and makes are vegetarian-friendly as we do not breed or sell sheep for the meat market and our sheep live out their natural lives with us. I am a fulltime mum and shepherdess. In my (none existent!) free time I make things from wool from the sheep in order to sustain them.

You can learn more about us and meet the sheep on our website www.patchworksheep.co.uk and follow our sheep on Facebook @patchworksheep or Instagram patchworksheep_
